customer) within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a copy of
your purchase receipt. Breakdown Services will refund all but the
original shipping costs and a restocking fee not to exceed 15% of
the purchase price.

Breakdown Services Labels and Supplies - as labels change from week
to week, no refunds will be given.

Books - must be returned (postage paid by customer) within 30 days

items shipped via USPS Media Mail and not returned by the USPS will
be considered delivered successfully. Your safest shipping selection
is via UPS. Breakdown Services will then track your delivery
